Hey highschoolers, let’s go on a mission trip!
The mountains in Colorado are calling our name.  A little work, a little hiking, maybe some white water rafting, some time with Jesus, and lots of FUN!  All are welcome. 

Here are some of the details……..

  • July 20-27  
  • When can take as many as 24 people (including adults)
  • Cost $100 down payment
(in the past this has been the only money that the kids have had to come up with except their own spending money)
  • Deadline date to turn in down payment March 6 
  • As of right now, we are taking 8-12 graders
  • Transportation will be 15 passenger vans
  • We will be staying at the camp

In order for us to pay for this, we do have several fundraisers.  These not only provide us with money to help pay our expenses but are great ways we build team spirit and camaraderie. These are the ones that we have planned so far.  

Oct. 20- Nov. 30, Christmas wreaths.  

We will need to make the wreaths and then deliver them.  They will be made at Keith and Dawn’s Christmas tree farm.  
Work dates:    November 3  1:30-3:30
                                           3:30-5:30   
                                November 4 10:30-12:30
                       We will see where we are from here.  We may have to choose another time to work on them.  

Auction  Feb. 11

This is a time when we have breakfast and then have a silent and live auction.  We will discuss this when it gets closer.
