Worship

Tech

No experience needed! We are forming tech teams so that you don't have to help every service. We will train you!

Committees

We have different committees that help organize different parts of First Lutheran. Christian Education, Stewardship & Finance, Worship & Music, Property, and Youth Ministry. Come help make important decisions for church!

Youth and Chidren

We are always looking for teachers and helpers for Pre-K-5th grade as well as confirmation! Help kids learn more about Jesus!

Mission & Service Projects

We will have several service projects throughout the year. Help others change their life and watch as your life is changed as well!

VBS

Do you love working with kids? In the summer we are always looking for helpers! Watch as their faith grows during the week!

Partner With Us

Meals on Wheels

A few months of the year, First Lutheran is in charge of delivering Meals on Wheels. This is such an important ministry to those who can't get out to get their meals!

Shelters 

We provide meals to both The Beacon of Hope Shelter in Fort Dodge and The Lotus Project in Fort Dodge. We also collect supplies they may need.

National Office

We are a network partner with Lutheran Church of Hope in West Des Moines, Iowa.  

Crisis Care

We provide needed funding or supplies to organizations that help people going through a crisis.
